1. Scope of ServiceThe unlocking service is intended to remove network or carrier restrictions from a mobile device. Each request involves operational and management costs that apply regardless of the final result, except in cases that will be expressly indicated.2. Confirmation of SuccessIf an unlock is reported as successful by our system or provider and the customer indicates that the device remains locked or presents issues, they must notify our support team within the first 48 hours after the process.3. Resolution ProcessThe customer must wait for the official response and technical evaluation from our team. Depending on each case, one of the following solutions will be offered:A new review or reopening of the unlocking process.A full refund if the process has failed due to our cause.4. Loss of Eligibilitya. If the customer does not wait for the official response, or if the device is no longer available, has been sold, replaced, or modified before the review process is completed, no solution or refund will be possible.b. If the device presents other locks such as Knox or any hardware damage, which may be the cause of the lack of signal or any other issue not related to our unlocking process, no refund will apply.c. If we connect to the customer’s device and initiate an unlocking process, the following will apply: if for any reason the customer loses connection, electrical power, or encounters any other impediment and fails to report it within 48 hours after the process, the order will be considered completed and successful, as the process has already generated costs for us.The customer agrees that, in such cases, the credits or amounts paid will not be refunded, as the service has already incurred operational costs on our side.5. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting an unlock, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms, understanding that the service involves technical procedures and non-reversible costs once initiated.
